I provide customer support to the users of Birds of the World, a subscription-based online database containing over 10,000 species accounts (one for every bird in the world). My job is to ensure that anyone who needs or wants access to this one-of-a-kind resource gets it and that they continue to enjoy the valuable content it provides.
